Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Free Shipping Complimentary standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $80.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at zsaluxe1714@gmail.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
